Meet our Team
Dennis Bernstein – President
Dennis started his career in Human Resources working for a Southern California municipality, helping to manage workers compensation issues, FMLA, ADA and EEOC related matters. Dennis moved on and began a career in organizational and business development consulting and has lead organizations during change management and growth modes, primarily in the business services sector. Dennis has extensive experience in the PEO industry. He is currently active on two advisory boards including a start up in the recruiting industry.
Zack Leland – Program Manager
Zack started his career as a Customer Service Representative in a retail agency and became the office and sales manager after nine months. He then went on the production side of the business where he has stayed. Over the last few years Zack has built a reputation in the staffing and PEO business helping companies find workers comp markets for the harder to place risks. His skill in working with underwriters and knowing the challenges facing staffing companies makes him a great resource for his clients.
Kerry T. Wakely – Program Manager
My mission is to be a trusted advisor that delivers effective, unbiased advice. I take the time to truly understand my client’s business so I can earn their trust and their referrals from friends and family. I deliver outstanding personal service and support to business owners, who in this digital age are not being given the support they need to make proper decisions on how best to leverage their most valuable assets.
Ruth Rodriguez CIC, CISR – Senior Account Manager, Bi-lingual
Ruth has over 30 years of experience supporting and managing accounts. There isn’t a problem she can’t solve for her customers. She understands that response time is critical for customer satisfaction and makes a point to serve her customers with urgency. Ruth is a certified insurance “geek’ and is always on the cutting edge of coverages and changes that affect her customers.
Christopher Bruinsslot – Risk Manager
Christopher is a 25-year veteran of the insurance industry. During that time his responsibilities have included Claims Investigation, Litigation and Settlement, Operations Management and Underwriting. His underwriting experience allows him to create narratives that result in more competitive quotes. Christopher is a vigorous advocate for his clients and his consultative approach employs all elements of his deep background to provide customer focused solutions, allowing clients to make well-informed decisions about their risks and coverages.
